Commercialization and development of early stage life science technologies

About Solalta Advisors

Solalta Advisors exists to assist companies and institutions with commercial development of life-sciences technologies and products. We do this by carrying out scientific, market and commercial due diligence of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical-device technologies and potential commercial partners. We also assist with technology transfer and licensing; project and portfolio management; business planning, development and management services.

CORE EXPERTISE

We provide the rare perspective of both venture capital investment and early stage product development in the human life-sciences market. This enables Solalta Advisors to provide effective due diligence of early stage life-sciences opportunities and to help prepare those with early stage technologies to obtain funding as they convert their technologies into products. We are able to assist in the identification of product opportunities and the market drivers that will enable your products to be positioned for success as they move through development.
